The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and licenced childcare operators to manage the Indoor Play Centre operations and add value by the provision of a licenced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service situated at Tenancy 12 2 Cockatoo Street, Tambrey Village WA 6714.
The current market rental value of the 346 m2 facility lease was assessed at $365 ex. GST (plus outgoings).
