Expressions of Interest to Tender for the Purchase of Land from Kiama Municipal Council

⁠⁠⁠Savills Sydney has been appointed by Kiama Council as marketing agent for sale of the land (by public tender) process. Expressions of Interest are initially sought for interested purchasers of the land. The landholdings to be included in the tender for sale are;

• Lot 200 DP1017091
• Lot 100 DP1211384
• Lot 1 DP506764
• Lot 1 DP50193

Expressions of Interest will be assessed according to the purchaser’s experience and capacity to fulfil the requirements for the proposed contract (land purchase) and the assessment criteria. Expression of Interest period will be 31 days commencing 15 March 2022.

EOIs must be submitted by 2:00pm on 14 April 2022 using Council’s e-Tendering portal or, using the e-Tendering portal form, place your EOI in the tender box located in Kiama Council’s Administration Centre reception, 11 Manning Street Kiama NSW between the hours 8:45am and 4:15pm Monday to Friday.
