ORIC - data cleansing/merging & data migration plan

ORIC is seeking a suitably qualified data management personnel/consultant to:

• analyse its current database (the Electronic Register of Indigenous Corporations under the CATSI Act, commonly known as ERICCA) and identify and report on the extent and complexity of duplication of individual people’s records in the database

• develop a strategy to:
o cleanse and merge people records
o migrate people records to a new system (currently in development)
o align people records with director ID.

The strategy must include:
• rules and criteria to cleanse and merge people records
• an identity verification dataset
• timeframes
• resource requirements.

Note that this RFT is not seeking data migration services and any offer of such will be disregarded.
