Crown Reserves and Council Owned Land

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the lease of the following parcels of land until 31 December 2026.

Fees will be payable on an annual basis with the successful applicant required to sign a temporary licence.

3. Crown Reserve 120013 Bearbong School Parish Bearbong
4. Crown Reserve 97785 Parish Buramilong
5. Lot 8 DP6699, 69 Chelmsford Ave Gilgandra NSW 2827

Grazing is permitted on the temporary licence, however, all other forms of agricultural use such as cultivation etc, are excluded.
