Tender Description
Horizon Power invites you to submit an Offer for the provision of distribution network maintenance services in one or more of the following Service Areas; East Kimberley, West Kimberley, Gascoyne, Central Mid West and Goldfields.
The Scope comprises the following:
- continuous faults and emergency coverage,
- Emergency Services;
- Planned Services; and
- Additional Services.
In providing continuous faults and emergency coverage, the Contractor must have available a minimum of two suitably qualified distribution workers and a Switching Operator Level 2 on call at all times.
The Contractor must be located in a town which allows a response to their allocated Service Area, making safe and restoring power within 7 hours in normal circumstances. It is recommended that the Contractor is located no further than 4 hours’ drive (if mobilisation is by road) from any town in a Service Area.
