Tender Description
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide program architecture expertise to the Simplified Trade System (STS) Implementation Taskforce (‘Taskforce’). Working part of a multi-disciplinary team the Enterprise Architect will proactively and independently work closely with internal and external stakeholders to:
• provide digital architecture advice and create ICT systems architecture blueprints
• support and actively contribute to the development of current and future state enterprise architecture maps and blueprints
• provide architecture recommendations and advice to the future state digital investment roadmap including recommendations on the sequencing of ICT systems implementation and business model development
• work collaboratively with the Digital Strategy and User Experience & Design teams to ensure solution architectures are fit for purpose and meet agency, business and user needs.
• contribute to the development of key architecture statistics to inform correspondence, pitches and briefings on behalf of the Taskforce
• develop capability models, operating models and business-focused roadmaps as required
• implementation of processes to improve Digital Strategy team delivery
• provide accurate and timely advice on the delivery and achievement of key architecture mapping activities.
The Enterprise Architect must attend meetings, from time to time, as required by the Agency in delivering the Services. The Agency reserves the right to change any in-person meetings/bookings to telephone or video conferences as necessary.
The Enterprise Architect must have the ability to manage a high workload with limited supervision and work remotely when required
Note: preference is to work from ACT however arrangements can be discussed based on suitability of candidate.
