Specialised Therapeutic Residential Care Services Package

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Advance Tender Notice is to provide suppliers with advanced notification of a potential procurement the Territory has identified in its annual procurement planning which may be undertaken during the 2021-22 financial year period.

The Territory is currently preparing a procurement process to engage a suitably qualified supplier for the delivery of the new specialist therapeutic residential care services package as part of the Next Steps for Our Kids Strategy 2022 – 2030.

At this stage, no documentation, further information, or comment outside of this notice is currently available or will be provided for interested suppliers. All enquiries are to be directed to TendersACT.

Note: Businesses tendering for the new specialist therapeutic residential care services package will need to meet workplace standards in the Secure Local Jobs Code and have a Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate at the time of tendering. Further information is available here. A Canberra Region Local Industry Participation Policy (LIPP) will also be required at the time of tendering. Whilst the Territory anticipates an approach to market in the 2021-22 financial year period the Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open opportunity and the Territory may, at its discretion, change the anticipate timetable for approach to market.
