The purpose of this Advance Tender notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.

The Territory seeks to engage an experienced and appropriately resourced Contractor to undertake delivery of the security services for 220 London Circuit, Nara House and Allara House.

The provision of Services will include

1. Security guards for entry control and management;
2. Alarm response during and after hours, and
3. Internal and perimeter patrol services;
4. Concierge services.

The Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open tender opportunity.
