Tender Description
TfNSW is hereby providing notice of it's intention to tender the design and construction of the Coffs Harbour Marine Centre Project. The tender is due to be released in March / April 2022.
The scope of works include but is not limited to:
Marine Operation Centre
• Demolition of internal walls and other internal building fabric
• Removal and replacement of roof cladding
• Internal alterations to provide for reconfigured office space, meeting rooms and staff amenities on the ground floor and command centre/training room and veranda on the first floor
• Installation of DDA compliant lift
• Removal/replacement of windows and doors
External works
• Facade works to the Police Building and 36 Marina Drive
• New formalised parking spaces comprising 16 spaces adjacent to the police building including one accessible parking space and a further 10 parking spaces including one accessible space adjacent to the office building (26 spaces in total)
• Electric vehicle charging point
• Security fencing
• Landscaping
• Signage (including wayfinding)
• Service upgrade to make fit for purpose including a fire hydrant
• Provision of rainwater tank
• Accessible path upgrade
• New covered storage area between Police building and 36 Marina Drive.
