Council invites Tenders for the Supply and Installation of Cabins or similar accommodation at Batemans Bay Beach Resort. In Summary:
- To construct, supply and install ready for use the new accommodation in compliance with all Regulations, Codes and Guidelines from any relevant government or regulatory authority applicable to this Tender Request.
- Council's specification is for a complete project delivery so that what the proponent hands over to Council is accommodation that is immediately available for use by customers with all services and equipment installed and working.
- Council requires two units of accommodation which include the following:
- One 2 bedroom or up to 6 person facility
- One 3 bedroom or up to 8 person facility
- Price options to make these facilities fully accessible for people of all abilities
- The product must be of high quality to match the premium status of the Batemans Bay Beach Resort
- A detailed specification of the fixtures and fittings that will be included is required
- Council will consider alternative submissions from tenderers which supply and install safari tents, otherwise known as Glamping tents as an alternative to cabins.
Council officers who are part of the Tender Evaluation Committee will determine the preferred outcome at the tender evaluation phase.
