This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We’re redeveloping ACT Government health and community services websites to improve the digital experience and make it easier for our users to access online information and services.
We require an experienced supplier to conduct research to identify user needs and get a deeper understanding of what our audiences are trying to achieve when interacting with ACT Government health and community services, their current experiences and user journeys, taking into consideration different channels and touchpoints, and end-to-end user experience.
