Construction of upgrade works for Troy Gully Sewage Pump Station

ABOUT THE TENDER: Tenders are invited for T22-002 Construction of upgrade works for Troy Gully Sewage Pump Station.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained following registration on the portal.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Council's Capital Programs Co-ordinator, Paul Yeo, on (02) 6801-4000 or via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) or see option below. All completed submissions lodged MUST be submitted as specified within the tender documentation. Ensure that Council Tender documents and response schedules are attached, with response schedules signed and submitted. Tenders that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming tenders AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING: A mandatory site inspection/meeting has been arranged for this Tender to be held on Thursday 17th March 2022 at 11am at Troy Gully Sewage Pump Station (SPS) located north of Dubbo Private Hospital on River Street, Dubbo. Failure to attend the mandatory inspection/meeting may result in ineligibility to Tender except in the case where non-attendance was due to an extreme emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

Tenders may also be lodged in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed TENDER BOX: T22-002 Construction of Upgrade Works for Troy Gully Sewage Pump Station and placed in the Tender Box located at Council's Civic Administration Building, Church Street, Dubbo (PO Box 81 Dubbo, NSW 2830), prior to the closing date and time

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders will be accepted up to 10:00am on Tuesday, 12 April 2022 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
