EOI for License of Wigay Park, Kempsey

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups and not-for-profit organisations to license a parcel of Council-owned land, known as Wigay Park, located on the corner of Dudley St and Dangar St in West Kempsey, NSW.

The Licensee will enter into a license with Council for use of the parcel of land. The license agreement will grant non-exclusive access and use of the land in return for payment of water usage on site. The Licensee will undertake management and maintenance activities associated with Wigay Park, to ensure its ongoing maintenance and use.

Council may also consider alternative proposals by parties who express interest in utilising the land in a manner that contributes to its successful ongoing management.
