Fremantle Campus and Vessel Operations Centre:

– Lot 2907 Capo D Orlando Drive, Fremantle.

Jandakot Centres:

Kwinana Automotive Centre:

Mandurah Campus:

Munster Campus:

The cleaning and related services required will comprise of the following:

a).  Regular Cleaning Services:

• Regular Cleaning Services; daily and monthly; and
• Daytime Cleaning Services to nominated campuses.

b).  Periodical/Vacation Cleaning Services:

• Carpet cleaning and shampooing;
• Internal and external window and glass cleaning;
• Floor stripping and sealing;
• High level cleaning to exposed duct work;
• Furniture/curtain cleaning; and
• External Areas.

c).  Other Services including opening and closing of premises.
