The Albatross Aviation Technology Park (AATP) is located South-West of Nowra, NSW and
accommodates for high value aviation assets including facilities that maintain, operate and store aircraft and other strategic assets in support of the Australian Defence Force. Owners and operators of such facilities are required to provide fire protection measures suitable to protect the level of hazard and risk of the stored assets in accordance with NCC DTS provisions.
Shoalhaven City Council is currently progressing the design for the proposed AATP Stage 5 and Stage 6 developments (understood to be within Lot DP1194689) and requires an integrated approach to incorporate the overall fire services into the design to all buildings.
Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites tenders for the Design & Construction inclusive of:
* Installation of two (2) new above ground non-potable water storage tanks (each with an effective volume of 500m3)
* Installation of two pre-assembled diesel pumps in a purpose-built pump housing, each pump capable of 40L/s
* Pump test drains are to discharge back into the storage tanks
* Installation of a new 100mm potable water service, connected to the existing site wide potable water system and extended to the new storage tanks for top up.
* Electrical design
* SCADA Instrumentation and Design
