⁠⁠⁠Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract.

The opportunity is for the procurement of Compliance and Regulatory Services relating to Noise Control, Animal Control, Freedom Camping, Static Guard Services at the Mount Holiday Park and TTOC relief operator , within the city limits of Tauranga.

Tauranga City Council has a legal requirement under the Resource Management Act to address noise complaints from the public. In addition, TCC has obligations under our bylaw obligations such as the management of freedom camping and provision of animal control services under the Dog Control Act 1996.

Respondents must have a proven track record and have the experience and trained resources to safely deliver compliance and monitoring services.

We require a suitable Supplier to operate in a 24/7, 365 days a year environment ensuring prompt, efficient and customer focused service.
