Tender Description
The Principal wishes to appoint more than one suitably experienced, TMR pre-qualified, asphalt contractor to undertake the Supply and Lay Asphalt Pavements, Bituminous Surfacings and Patching Works of approximately 3,200 kilometres of the City of Gold Coast’s road and pavement network.
This Schedule of Rates contract is for a an initial period of two years with three by one-year extension options. The contract is to be delivered via 5 separable portions:
• Separable Portion 1: Supply and Lay Asphalt Pavement – Northern Sector
• Separable Portion 2: Supply and Lay Asphalt Pavement – Southern Sector
• Separable Portion 3: Minor Asphalt Patching Works – Northern Sector
• Separable Portion 4: Minor Asphalt Patching Works – Southern Sector
• Separable Portion 5: Minor Asphalt Patching Works – Northern and Southern Sectors combined
