The works are to be installed near live traffic, pedestrians and businesses. The works are to be undertaken with appropriate traffic management, suitable for the adjacent traffic speeds, to ensure the safety of both workers & road users. The works under the contract is to be carried out with the least possible disruption to traffic, road users and communities.
