Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the installation of a structural liner internally for the full thirty (30) metre length of the existing culvert located on River Road, Hahndorf (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Services with the successful Tenderer.

The existing culvert is positioned under approximately 4.5 metres of fill and is losing shape such that it is now wider than it is high. It is acceptable for the new liner to marginally reduce the diameter and capacity of the culvert.
