Request for Quotation: Provision of Valuation Services - Water and Sewer

⁠⁠⁠To ensure that Council financial reports and management plans comply with International Financial Reporting Standards and Asset Management Standards ISO 55001, suitably qualified consultants are required to undertake the valuation of Council’s Water Network, Sewer Network, and associated Water and Sewer (WAS) Other Structures. As part of the valuation process, conditional data of the components/subcomponents of each network will need to be included as part of the service.

Valuations will be required for WAS assets and associated Other Structures as summarised in the Asset Registers as well as any additional assets located during the valuation process. Valuation date will be as at 30 June 2022 for Water and Sewer (WAS).

On completion of the revaluation process the Asset Register for the Water Network and Other Structures, and for the Sewer Network and Other Structures is to be provided to Council in a Microsoft Excel document.
