Tender Description
The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and resourced contractor to undertake the design and construction of Changerooms and associated works. The works are fully detailed within the Specification and Appendices.
The extent of the Community Building Package is as indicated within the Appendices. It includes carrying out all work necessary design and construction for proper completion of the works shown within the relevant Appendix and described in the Specification, Notes and Schedules. There will be a requirement to undertake improvements to the servicing of the site and this will need to be fully explored through the design phase to enable implementation to meet construction delivery.
At the completion of the construction phase the building should be operational and ready for immediate community activation.
Note: There is a requirement to support a modular build that will enable the eventual relocation of the facility to the ultimate site.
