Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
To supply and delivery Instrument Tubing and Tubing Fittings as per length and quantity requirement.
All tubing used shall be seamless fully annealed SS 6Mo.
All tube fittings must use compression fittings type and shall be
316 stainless steel. Compression fittings shall be double ferrule type meeting the design pressure requirements.
Scope of Work:
At a summary level the Instrument Tubing & Tubing Fittings Supplier shall be responsible for Instrument Tubing & Tubing Fittings :
a. Specification and design;
b. Procurement, fabrication, testing and calibration;
c. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation;
d. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location;
e. Training; and
f. Installation support, spare component supply and operational support.
