Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
1 x 100% of 24 V DC UPS System housed in Ex d enclosure complete with dedicated monitoring, protection and all necessary
accessories.
6 x 16.67% of VRLA battery banks each housed in an Ex e battery box, two (2)nos. of battery isolation breaker each housed in an Ex d box and complete with all necessary accessories
Interfacing with FPSO ICSS and ESD and WHP Instrument UCP, come with Integrated earthing leakage monitoring system. DC UPS System shall be weather-proof type, compete with rain canopy.
Scope of Work:
At a summary level the DC UPS Supplier shall be responsible for DC UPS:
a. Specification and design;
b. Procurement, fabrication, testing and calibration;
c. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation;
d. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location;
e. Training; and
f. Installation support, spare component supply and operational support.
