Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
To supply 109 nos ball valve, floating & flanged type, size range DN50 to DN200, Rating between 150# to 2500#.
Body Material : ASTM182 F51. ASTM A182 F316/316L/ASTM A351 CF8M
Trim Material : DSS S31803, SS316/316L

Scope of Work:
At a summary level the Manual Ball Valve Large Bore Supplier shall be responsible for Manual Ball Valve Large Bore:
a. Specification and design;
b. Procurement, fabrication, testing and calibration;
c. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation;
d. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location;
