Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
To supply Long Stud Bolts with 2 Heavy Hexagon Nuts.
Material : ASTM A320-B8M CL2 / ASTM A194-8M and SDSS S32750/S32760
Bolt Diameter : 1/2, 3/4, 3/4, 5/8, 1.1/2, 1.1/4, 1.1/8, 2.3/4, 1, 2, 4 and 5
Bolt Length : 65 to 660mm
Qty : Estimated 4600 sets
Scope of Work:
At a summary level the Bolt & Nuts Supplier shall be responsible for Bolt & Nuts Valve:
a. Specification and design;
b. Procurement, fabrication, testing and calibration;
c. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation;
d. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location;
