Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the repairs to the performance centre roof at Tannum Sands State High School, located at 65 Coronation Drive, Tannum Sands QLD 4680 as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.
The works involve the removal of the existing roof extraction fans and translucent roof sheeting, replacement with new kliplock roof sheeting. The position of the building is at the back of the school with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 22 April 2022
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
