Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders for the provision of weed treatment services within the City of Swan. The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:
(a) Separable Part A: Weed treatment of footpaths, kerb lines and verges
(b) Separable Part B: Natural environment weed control.
The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts. Tenderers may place a submission for Part A and/or Part B. The Principal reserves the right to accept Part A and/or Part B. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of both Separable Parts.
