Background
Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital is reviewing market capacity and interest for the provision of prefabricated accommodation units and camp facilities; and, for service providers experienced in building and construction to perform supply and onsite installation
Please note: if you have previously submitted your interest for the following EOI's: EOI-01234, EOI-01235, EOI-01233, respondents are not required to replicate any information previously provided and can refer to previous responses.
For the avoidance of doubt, all respondents must return the attached document: FAC EOI - Attachment 1 - Capacity info as part of this submission
Scope of Works 1
Supply of Prefabricated Accommodation Units
Including but not limited to:
- Factory prefabrication and fit out of accommodation units
- Transportation to Pilbara Sites
See attached document for guidance of specifications
Scope of Works 2
Pilbara Onsite Installation and Construction of Accommodation Facilities
Including but not limited to:
- Civil works
- Construction
- Structural Engineering
- and associated demolition of existing units
