Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
Seamless and Welded Tubulars are required for fabrication of GBS mat, Jacket, and topsides for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary structures.
The OD varies from 48 mm to 2500 mm with WT varies from 5.0 mm to 60 mm. Welded tubulars shall be with or without through thickness properties.
Scope of Work:
At a summary level the Mill/ Supplier shall be responsible for Seamless and welded tubulars meeting but not limited to:
a. Specification and design, codal provisions.
b. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation.
c. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location.
