Please note that the Northern Territory Chief Health Officer requires staff to have an approved COVID vaccination prior to entering City of Darwin workplaces. It is a criminal offence to enter a City of Darwin workplace without one vaccination after 13 November 2021 and two vaccinations after 24 December 2021.

As City of Darwin provides services across the municipality, a City of Darwin workplace is anywhere within the City of Darwin local government boundaries where work is undertaken by or on behalf of City of Darwin.

City of Darwin is not liable for the COVID vaccination compliance of its contractors, therefore we are not required to collect any information relating to vaccination compliance, however you are required to comply with the vaccine requirements.

If you have not provided information so far, you are no longer required to and do not need to respond to the City of Darwin requests previously issued.
