Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete works for the following:

• Provide fully operational site offices including commercial grade furniture.

• Furniture may include desks, office chairs, tables, wall mounted whiteboards, wall mounted pinboards, bookshelves, filing cabinets, 240 V GPOs, windows c/w blinds, rubbish bins.

• Provide meeting rooms with office tables and chairs.

• Provide ablutions, including self-closing (stop-lock) taps, waste holding tanks, hand washing basin facilities, freshwater system including water tanks, hand gel dispensers, paper towel dispensers, rubbish bins, lighting, steps, janitor stores.

• Provide crib buildings with kitchens that include benchtops and cupboards, sinks, mixer taps, under bench hot water units, water coolers, fridges, microwaves, boiling water units, food warmers, paper towel dispensers, rubbish bins, Macerator units.

• Provide breezeways connecting buildings.

• Provide power generation and fuel storage for facilities.

• Scaffold poles for communications.

• Transport, unloading, installation, and fit out and tie-down of buildings.

• Tie-down for all facilities to meet Australian Standards & Talison requirements.

• Trenching for all services.

• Installation and commissioning of all potable water and wastewater services.

• Design, supply and installation of the generator and power distribution for all buildings.
