NSW Procurement is seeking to renew panel Contract 0008 Managed Services Provider for the whole of NSW Government (NSWG) and other Eligible Customers via this open RFT.
The services covered by this RFT include the management of the procure to pay processes associated with Contingent Labour and Statements of Work (SOW).
The successful respondents will work with contingent workforce suppliers and SOW suppliers in a vendor neutral arrangement. For the purpose of clarity, vendor neutrality means that if a Cluster’s MSP is also a supplier of contingent labour or SOW engagements, the MSP will transition it’s workers to another supplier.
All services will be delivered in accordance with the Contractor Central arrangements and will require the MSP to utilise the vendor management system nominated by the Principal.
The proposed contract term is for an initial five years which may be extended for one initial 24 month option, plus one further 12 month option.
