Waste Collection Contract Procurement Planning Services

⁠⁠⁠Shellharbour City Council and Wollongong City Council are neighbouring councils in NSW that are undertaking a joint procurement process for their next waste collection services contracts, which will commence on 1 July 2024. The Councils are seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants interested in providing high level strategic planning advice to the Councils to facilitate them securing the most advantageous contracts for their respective communities.

COST OF TENDER:
Nil cost for electronic download

ENQUIRIES:
RFx enquiries should be directed to Ryan Stirling, Waste Contracts Manager via the on-line forum

SUBMITTING TENDER:
i) RFx's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.
ii) Alternatively, RFx's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.
While discouraged, Council will accept RFx's submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
This RFx closes at 10am on Tuesday 08 / 03 / 2022

Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above.
