Tender Description
The Head Contract delivery will provide construction services in respect of:
A new secure facility (approx. 430m2) which will include:
- Secure work area;
- Computer Server Rooms;
- Office space;
- Associated amenities;
- Associated plant rooms; and
- Circulation space.
New, upgraded or relocated Infrastructure:
- Electricity including High and Low Voltage Power Reticulation;
- ICT and Security;
- Potable and Fire Water;
- Stormwater;
- Sewage;
- Vehicle and Pedestrian access; and
- Landscaping.
