This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) is seeking responses from experienced sellers to develop and manage a bespoke cyber security upskilling package tailored to the Pacific. The PaCSON Cyber Upskill Program (CUP) is intended to be a uniquely contextualised, bespoke modular cyber security upskilling package combining coursework, visual aids, industry relevant practical activities and resource materials. The program will be targeted towards cyber security professionals, civil servants and businesses in the Pacific. Delivered through virtual and in-person engagements, the PaCSON CUP will include approximately 15-20 modules – covering a range of technical and non-technical focuses– these modules will need to be appropriately contextualised for Pasifika cultures.
The project requirements include:
• Project management under the direction and alongside the ACSC
• Project planning and reporting including monitoring and evaluation guidance
• Graphic design and development of visual aides
• Content creation based on provided material and own research (animation, audio production, screenwriting, talent sourcing, video production, video, photography and audio editing, subtitles). Translation services are also desirable.
• Training support and help desk assistance to CUP participants
This work will be completed with guidance from the ACSC and will involve working with other stakeholders to complete the project.
