Port Pirie Regional Council is seeking responses to the RFT for the upgrade of the Rising Main for the Wandearah Road stormwater catchment system located in Port Pirie, as set out in the RFT package herein. The works includes excavation and replacement of the existing stormwater rising main pipework as well as pavement reinstatement.

These works were originally tendered under Tender Code PPRC050733 with a works completion date of 30 May 2022. Council has received feedback from the market as a result of that previous tender that more time is needed in order to complete the works. Council is now retendering the works again with a preferred completion date of 30 June 2022, but will also consider submissions for a completion date within the 2022/23 financial year to accommodate tenderers existing workloads.

Interested tenderers are required to contact Council before COB on Thursday 24 February 2022 to arrange a site visit as a mandatory requirement in submitting for this RFT.
