Tender Description
The proposed beautification works for Eclipse Street is a staged program of minor infrastructure improvements and a significant renovation of the street’s gardens and landscape spaces. With this program long term maintenance efforts and costs will be reduced.
The extent of water consumptive lawn will also be reduced, replaced with mulched gardens bordered in local sandstone. Streets within all urban areas are a maze of overhead and underground services and infrastructure, these items have been considered and will be protected as much as possible during the works and on going garden establishment.
