Facilities Management Services for Department of Finance

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Finance (the Department) require a facilities management service and fitout maintenance for tenants located at Gordon Stephenson House and Reception Services including specific facility services for the Optima Centre “B” Building, Osborne Park.

The Department of Finance through its Government Office Accommodation  division leases the following buildings:

• Gordon Stephenson House, 140 William Street, Perth (approximately 34,500 sqm)
• Optima Centre “B”, 16 Parkland Road, Osborne Park (approximately 13,500 sqm)

The Department is seeking to consolidate facility management services for up to two (2) years to enable a wider and more standardise facilities management strategy to be deployed across Government’s leased fitout accommodation.
