Expressions of Interest - Audit Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC)

⁠⁠⁠ At its meeting on 8 February 2022, Council resolved to establish an Audit Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC).

The ARIC will monitor and provide oversight of the adequacy and effectiveness of The Hills Shire Council’s risk management, internal control, internal and external audit, financial management and compliance functions under a Charter.

The committee will consist of three Councillors and three external independent members.

Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals interested in appointment as independent members of the ARIC. For an information pack on the role and how to apply, please email fcoad@thehills.nsw.gov.au.
