Fremantle Ports is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to carry out structural repairs to defective concrete along the length of the Fremantle Ports' Kwinana Bulk Terminal (KBT) Jetty, Kwinana Bulk Berth 2 (KBB2).

The anticipated Statement of works includes the supply of all materials, demolition, consumables, equipment, plant and labour necessary to remedy the below:
1 Concrete transverse and longitudinal beam repairs (focus of the works);
2 Concrete deck soffit repairs (at the discretion of the Superintendent); and
3 Installation of a Cathodic Protection System in accordance with the Statement of Work and Technical Specification.
The Contractor will also be required to remove all redundant materials other than those identified for salvage.

The contract is a Supplier Relationship Management approach which incorporates forward planning and collaborative partnering to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

The desired rate-of-repair is 1000m2 per 12-month period, over contract term of 2 years plus 2 optional years.
Financial incentives will be made available for completion of repairs which exceed the annual rate-of-repair baseline for aspects of the Statement of works to which will be agreed between the Principal and Tenderer.
