This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Gallery is seeking to engage a Business Improvement Partner who has the capability to lead the transformation of the National Gallery’s FMIS as part of its move to CiAnywhere.
This scope has been grouped into six streams of work.
1. Scope changes, improvements, and design the future end-state for the National Gallery’s transition to CiAnywhere, including reviewing applicability of modules to the National Gallery’s current business requirements
2. Scope and design appropriate Identity and Access Management solution for CiAnywhere to enable the selected features (including a review of existing security and role definitions and workplace configuration)
3. Transition of core finance modules to CiAnywhere
4. Transition budgets module to CiAnywhere
5. Implement a new Procure to Pay business process and associated workflows supported by and configured in CiAnywhere.
6. Implement any other changes as agreed throughout the scoping and design phase.
The National Gallery does not have current capacity or capability to undertake this work, and additional benefits are expected to be gained by leveraging the Seller's knowledge from previous similar projects that they have undertaken.
