Tender Description
This project is to provide a refurbishment to eight buildings at the Irwin Barracks to extend the buildings life expectancy, improve building efficiencies, functionality and improve operational capability. Upgrades include bathroom refurbishments, new flooring throughout, door and window upgrades, service, electrical and communication upgrades. Additionally, the demolition and construction of a multi-purpose shed is also included in this projects scope of works.
