ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
Northern Beaches Council (Council) administers an area of over 254 km2 from Manly to Palm Beach and out to Forestville. Over 270,000 people reside on the Northern Beaches. SERVICE REQUIRED:
Council invites tenders for the provision of markets at North Narrabeen Reserve. The Reserve is Council land, located at 1472 to 1518 Pittwater Road, Warriewood, NSW. The Reserve is also a regional sport and recreation precinct and home to local sports including AFL, rugby union, baseball, and touch football clubs. A weekly produce and high-quality merchandise market has been operating successfully at this Reserve for several years under a licence arrangement with Council. Council is seeking to continue to provide our community with a weekly vibrant outdoor shopping and entertainment experience at the Reserve and to provide local businesses with opportunities to participate. The Contract term will be a maximum period of four (4) years, being an initial period of two (2) year with the potential of two (2) extensions of one (1) year each at Council's sole discretion.

The evaluation criteria for this tender are:
Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer, Personnel Schedules F3, F5 and F10 30%
Proposed Methodology Schedules F14 35%
Schedule of Fees Schedule F18 35%

SITE BRIEFING:
A pre-tender briefing including a Site inspection will be held at 10am on Tuesday 22 February 2022 at Pittwater Rugby Park (front gate), North Narrabeen Reserve. The Tenderer MUST advise RSVP to Mark Wilson (Recreation Project Officer) at mark.wilson@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au by Friday 18 February 2022. Where a Tenderer has not registered for the pre-tender briefing by this date it is at Council's absolute discretion on whether the Tenderer will be able to attend the pre-tender briefing.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tender closing date and time, 24 March 2022, 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Tenders must be fully received by this time.
