Frasers Property Australia invites expression of interest for future residential apartment construction works at Shell Cove. Contractors who are suitably qualified to undertake design and construction of a 50+ apartment project featuring detailed facade installation, communal landscaping and pool construction and services installation are invited to submit the following information for assessment:
- Demonstrate experience in construction of high-end residential apartments including details of past similar projects with reference contacts;
- Evidence of financial capacity to undertake individual contracts over $40 million;
- Evidence of insurance policies in place;
- Company Profile;
- Company organisational chart;
- CV's of senior management and key staff, including qualifications of ley personnel;
- Demonstrated capacity to provide a labour force with at least 50% of staff sourced from Illawarra region;
- Copy of WHS&E management system and sample site WHS&E management plan; and
- Copy of current AS4801 Third Party Certification (minimum requirement).
