Tender Description
Council invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit a tender for the construction of a regional adventure playspace at Sir Joseph Banks Park, off Fremlin Street, Botany.
The works include the following;
• demolition work (nominated pavements and landscape areas)
• Tree protection
• Playground construction including play equipment procurement, installation and certification, playground undersurfacing, retaining walls and sandstone work
• New and renewed pathways and paving
• Artwork
• New park furniture, picnic shelters, fencing, balustrades, signage, linemarking and stencils
• Procurement and installation of shade sails
• landscaping and landscape maintenance
• and all other works as mentioned in the Request for Tender Documents issued.
