Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Building Contractor for the Fit out of the Atherton Customer Service Centre at 6 Robert Street, Atherton QLD 4883
The service requirements are provided in the attached Invitation to Tender documentation.
This project is an internal fit out of an existing vacant shop on Robert Street, Atherton. It requires an upgrade to air conditioning, electrical services and hydraulics to suit a corporate fit out.
A practical completion date for this project is anticipated to be 3 June 2022.
A mandatory site inspection will be held on Wednesday 16 February 2022 at 12:30pm at 6 Robert Street, Atherton.
