This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Schools Group in the Department of Education, Skills and Employment is seeking to engage the services of an experienced Change Manager to better position the suite of SchoolsHUB IT Platform changes recommended through three (3) Deloitte reviews by:
• Planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables, including a change management framework and associated tools, change management training and coaching, stakeholder engagement in change, change readiness analysis and impact assessment, resistance identification and management and change reinforcement.
• Overseeing the initial activity to implement recent report recommendations on a single SchoolsHUB helpdesk and Business to Government (B2G) automated data transfer through a new service delivery channel (SchoolsHUB Direct).
• Assist, from the change management perspective, in planning implementation of recommendations for the new funding calculator and related estimators, the expected replacement entitlement administration application and platform related business practices
The position will work closely with the SchoolsHUB Program Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Communications Specialist, and business team subject matter experts.
