Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake External repair and fencing works at the nominated housing properties.
The Work includes but is not limited to.
- Replace Fencing;
- External Painting;
- Repairing/replacing Roof tiles, gutters, downpipes; and
- Removing and placing ACM eaves.
