Project Management Software Solution

⁠⁠⁠Council is undertaking a Request for Information (RFI) in order to seek industry feedback on software solutions to support Council’s Project Management Process – specifically for the delivery of public infrastructure projects.

The anticipated outcomes of the RFI include:

• advice from the market in developing a detailed Council brief;
• available technologies, products or services in the marketplace that meet Council needs;
• whether councils’ user requirements can be met by the market.

This document is a guide only and will not be used to form part of any contract or agreement between the Port Stephens Council (“Council”) and the offer from any person, firm or corporation (“Service Provider”). A submission to this RFI in no way constitutes an invitation to any future Tender process. The cost of participating in this RFI, will be borne fully by the respondent. Council will not accept any charge from any party responding to this RFI.
