Operations Office Refurbishment - Roof Sheeting, Gutters, Colorbond Customnorb, and Insulated Wall Panels at Riverina Water

⁠⁠⁠Contractors are invited to Tender for the Roof Sheeting, Gutters, Colorbond Customnorb, and Insulated Wall Panels associated with the external upgrade of the building. Riverina Water will undertake all the steelwork modifications required for the roof modifications in Block A (Grounds Storage), and the steelwork (frames) for the new awnings in Block A & Block B including fabrication and installation.

• Install new sheeting in accordance with the selections and details of Specification 0421 Roofing

1. Remove and replace roof sheeting & gutters in Block A & Block B including insulation
2. Install sheeting on newly constructed awnings in Block A & Block B
3. Install new roof sheeting on modified roof in Block A (Grounds Storage)
4. Install new cladding in accordance with selections and details of Specification 0431 Cladding – Combined
5. Remove old wall sheeting and install Kingspan Insulated Wall panels to Block B including wall insulation. Finish SC:01
6. Install new Colorbond steel cladding (vertical) fixed to tophats over insulated timber stud wall framing (by Riverina Water) for the Toilet Amenities Block in Block A. Finish SC:03
7. Install new Colorbond steel cladding (vertical) fixed to tophats over insulated timber stud wall framing (by Riverina Water) for the Water Quality Testing Room in Block A. Finish SC:03
8. Install new steel cladding to parapet awning with new steel profile along the southern side of Block A. Finish SC:02
9. Install steel cladding to new parapet awning (framing constructed by Riverina Water) along the northern side of Block A. Finish SC:02
10. Install steel cladding to new parapet awning (framing constructed by Riverina Water) along the northern side of Block B. Finish SC:02
11. Install new steel soffit to all parapet awnings / covered walkways SL:01
12. Install new Colorbond steel cladding (vertical) fixed to tophats over insulated timber stud wall framing (by Riverina Water) on the covered walkway next to the Grounds storage in Block A. Finish SC:02
13. Install new Colorbond steel cladding to new parapet (by Riverina Water) and existing walls at the rear of the Grounds storage on the northern side of Block A. Finish SC:03
14. Install all flashings as required to match all cladding

• Stage work to minimise disruption to trade teams who will remain operational in the Block B workshop buildings.
